ON-SITE VISIT AND SURVEY

To understand your personal needs and how to best set up a design catered specifically to you, our engineers carry out a site inspection to assess the condition of your roof. This allows us to carefully evaluate your property and confirm the best location for solar panel installation to find a solution that fits your energy goals while accounting for the layout of your property, thus ensuring optimum cost-savings.

System design to ensure best orientation of solar panel for optimum efficiency
The system design is customized to reflect your site’s location, operation and energy demands. We will recommend a system design with the associated panel specifications, layouts demonstrated on site with electrical equipment specifications, wiring and designs. In doing so, our team will complete detailed AS-built drawings before proceeding to on-site work.

We use qualified staff and electricians throughout the solar system installation process
Each project will be overseen on site by our experienced Project Manager who ensures that installation is undertaken in a timely manner with continuous updates on the installation progress.
All equipment used are from worldwide well-known brands of Tier 1 quality to ensure superior efficiency. We also work with many leading manufacturers which guarantees access to competitive prices.
Once the installation phase is complete, we test your system to ensure that it is delivering the promised performance, making any necessary adjustments. We also carry out solar commissioning to formalize quality control of the installed system. A final report consisting of inspection and installation details, material approval, and a typical daily report is then submitted for the client’s record.

On-site regular maintenance and performance monitoring
We provide regular monitoring, inspection checks and maintenance service for clients who elect to have this service.
Customers can also download the SolarEdge application to track real-time system production and household energy consumption, keeping them in control of their energy usage and savings. SolarEdge provides real-time module-level monitoring, which means users can see their installed solar system’s performance anywhere, at any time.
